Introducing Isildur's sword
Narsil, the legendary sword wielded by Isildur in The Lord of the Rings , is a symbol of heroism and destiny. Forged by the elven master smith Telchar, this majestic blade played a central role in the war against Sauron at the end of the Second Age.
It was with Narsil that Elendil, father of Isildur, fought during the final alliance between Elves and Men. Shattered during the confrontation with Sauron, it was used in its fragmented state by Isildur to sever the One Ring from Sauron's finger, ending his reign of terror.
The fragments of Narsil, preserved by Isildur's descendants, symbolize both downfall and hope. Later reforged as Andúril, it would become the weapon of Aragorn, Isildur's last heir.
Narsil embodies grandeur, tragedy, and rebirth, playing a key role in the history of Middle-earth and the eternal struggle against the forces of darkness.
